When you contact us (by clicking the “Contact” link on the Website) to inquire about our event and design services or any other types of inquiries (each an “Inquiry”, and, collectively, “Inquiries”), we request certain Personal Information, as well as certain other, non-Personal Information, necessary to enable us to respond to your Inquiry. The mandatory Personal Information we collect in connection with any of the Inquiries described above includes your first and last name and email address, and certain non-Personal Information such as country of residence. We also collect certain additional, optional Personal Information and non-Personal Information, including phone number, the name of your organization or company (if applicable), and any other comments or information that you voluntarily wish to provide to us. In connection with Inquiries about our event and design services, we also request certain information regarding the specifics of the event for which you are inquiring about our services (for example, the location and budget for the event and number of people expected to attend the event, and any other information or comments about the event that you voluntarily wish to provide to us). When you provide Personal Information to us in the course of making an Inquiry, we only use such Personal Information in connection with any communications about your Inquiry, follow-up to or results of such Inquiry or any business or professional relationship between us. We also may use Aggregate Information to improve the performance of our Website and to customize the content and layout of our Website pages for you. We may share Aggregate Information with third parties, such as, but not limited to, our advertisers and business partners, for marketing and promotional purposes.

Please note that non-Personal Information that you submit to us in connection with an Inquiry (for example, the location or budget of an event for which you are inquiring about our services) may be used in any form for our (and our affiliates’) internal research, marketing, product/services development and other similar purposes.
